Just like any other institution, the seminary cannot function effectively without employing lay members of society as cooks, laundry men, office attendants, typists, etc. A bungalow was erected in the 1950s to accommodate these personnel. Following the steady increase in numbers as the seminary continued to grow, three more bungalows with modern facilities were erected and the old laundry room turned into four single rooms to contain more staff. A carpenter’s workshop where repair jobs are carried out was also erected.
